The 10 largest internet companies in the world. The use of the Internet was first introduced in the year 1969 in the Pentagon called Arpanet.
Before the internet became available for the use of everyone in the year 1991, every industry that was on top was either brick and mortar companies in various industries from the mining industry to the real estate industry, however, the scenario has changed drastically now and all the top companies are internet companies.

PageRank. It was run in a friend’s garage when it was started. Google
employees a total of 103,459 employees with a revenue of $9.4 billion.

into two major parts- Alibaba and AliExpress. AliExpress is mainly for
retail shopping and Alibaba for wholesale shopping. Alibaba revenues at
80.2 billion yuan with a total workforce of 1,21,958 employees.

Netflix is an entertainment company that provides video services. It has a network of over 177 million members across more than 190 countries. And the market cap was $122 billion. In 2017-18, its total revenues were $12 billion.
